To introduce core concepts and theories regarding environmental ethics (EE). To confront students with the complexity of the domain of EE itself, within the context of a pluralistic, but not relativistic, approach. To make students aware of the necessity to approach environmental problems from a broad perspective (psychological, sociological, economical, political).
